These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services provided by Direct Media Walls, established in 2023 and based in Glasgow, Scotland. By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. About Us
Direct Media Walls is a small, dedicated business specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke media walls. We control the full manufacturing process internally, using precision machinery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high-quality finish. Our services are available to residential and trade customers across most of Scotland.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer and may be subject to change if specifications are amended. An order is confirmed only once accepted in writing and, where applicable, a deposit has been received.
3. Bespoke Products
All media walls produced by Direct Media Walls are made to order and tailored to individual spaces, styles, and requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once manufacturing has commenced, except where required by law.
4. Measurements and Site Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and site details unless a professional site survey is arranged through us. Direct Media Walls cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect measurements or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are provided in GBP (£). Payment terms, including deposits and final balances, will be clearly outlined at the time of order. Full payment must be received before delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Lead Times and Delivery
Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but may vary due to material availability, design changes, or unforeseen circumstances. Direct Media Walls will not be liable for delays beyond reasonable control. Delivery and installation dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
7. Installation
Where installation services are provided, customers must ensure safe and suitable access to the property. Any delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unfinished works, or unsafe conditions may be charged accordingly.
8. Warranty and Defects
We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. If a defect arises due to manufacturing faults, customers must notify us within a reasonable period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, incorrect installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
Direct Media Walls shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods or services supplied.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
